I have a popup for 3 email addresses each time I log in.

recently I was offered an update to log onto my different email addresses in gmail. Now I get 3 popups...2 small ones, and the regular full page w/2 email addresses showing. How can I go back to the old way of having the most used one come up, and then be able to switch? This is SO time consuming and irritating.

I solved this question on my own...duhhh! Simply clicked on 'more information' beside the popup that told me I was now logged out...if you have this problem the next time your login page comes up, simply click on the same area.

I only thought I'd found the solution...it's worse now. Now I have to type in my email address before I click to login.

Note that you can remove items that Google shows as possible choices via a remove link that places an 'x' next to each of the entries.
I avoid using this feature by removing the tick the remember this choice because you need to enter the password manually (i.e. the Password Manager doesn't work).

Removing the Google cookies should clear these choices.

Use these steps to remove saved (form) data from a drop-down list:

  1. click the (empty) input field on the web page to open the drop-down list
  2. highlight an entry in the drop-down list
  3. press the Delete key (on Mac: Shift+Delete) to remove it.
