Prewatch settings showed up on my you tube channel and I want to know if it is a virus. If so how do I delete this off my you tube page.

Most likely from an add-on. When I search, there are references to Greasemonkey userscripts. Do you use Greasemonkey? If so, click the drop-down arrow on the monkey button to see what scripts are active on Youtube, click them to disable, then reload to see if it goes away.
