My Youtube videos have NO volume. My volume is turned up and it is not in mute. Can you help?

This started happening about 3 weeks ago. My Flash And Silverlight add-ons are enabled. I am signed in and 'Youtube' is being allowed.

Hello cjoturner,

Is it only the youtube videos that don't play the audio? Make sure the volume control within the youtube video player is not muted as well.

Window > Open Volume Mixer. There is an option to control the volume using a master control, or select an independent control or even mute for each input program. .

Did you check the volume setting in the YouTube player?

Is a Flash player used or an HTML5 media player?

In case of the Flash player you will get the right-click context menu of the flash player.
