Profile missing ior inaccessible attempted tutorials to no sucess is there extra support available i.e. remote access or a phone number to get help?
Every time I click on Mozilla firefox its says "your profile cannot be loaded. it may be missing or inaccessible." have attempted uninstall and reinstall, have attempted run time applications in order to create new profile to no success. Don't know what else to do and other tutorials seem to be based on being able to open browser in order to reset settings, is there anything like remote access or technical support that can help me fix my problem?

I found the same problem in other question in this forum:
One possible cause of this is if Firefox did not shut down and clean up correctly. Here are a couple things to check for:
(1) Firefox might still be running invisibly. To resolve that you can either:
- Shut down and restart Windows
- Use the Windows Task Manager to "kill" running Firefox processes
The first is self-explanatory. The second requires opening the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and clicking the Processes tab. Here you would look for the following, right-click, and End Process:
- plugin-container.exe
- firefox.exe
If you do find those running and kill them, try starting Firefox again normally.
(2) Firefox might have left your profile locked
The next thing to check is whether Firefox failed to remove the profile lock file after the last shutdown.
In the Start menu search box, paste the following and press Enter:
%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
You may see one folder with a semi-randomized name, in which case, go ahead and click into that folder. If you see multiple folders, click into the most recently modified one first and check the others in turn.
Look for a file named parent.lock and if you find it, delete it. Important: do not delete any other files or folders. You would risk losing personal data such as bookmarks if you did that.
Will Firefox start now?
This is usually caused by a problem with the profiles.ini file and the profile marked as Default=1 is no longer present on the hard drive.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem.
