I have installed Firefox on my macbook pro, and cannot seem to get the icon of firefox to stay on my Dock. Can you help?
This should be a simple process, as I have done it before on other computers - but the icon is only in my dock as a "?", which I click on , and then it opens up to the Fox/World icon. As soon as I shut down the computer - the Firefox icon disappears.

Hello ajsviridoff,
Thank you for contacting Mozilla Support. If you start Firefox from Launchpad do you get the correct icon in your dock? If it does you just need to right click the icon, choose Options, then Keep in Dock.
Please let us know if this solves your issue.
Cheers, Patrick

Thank you very much. The other frustrating thing was that I cannot "right click" with an Apple mouse. But I found that if you hold the Control button down, and click - it works. I cannot figure out why things like this are so complicated! How is one supposed to know to hold down the control button to right click? How frustrating! But thank you for getting FIREFOX in my dock - permanently. I really like this search engine. Best, Allen
