Firefox 26.0

Firefox will not start in my son's account (other accounts seem to work), not even profile manager. No window, no anything. I manually deleted his profile folder (after making a copy) and it still does not start.

After trying to start it, I find a file in the "Crash Reports" folder named 'InstallTime20131112160018'. It contains: 1387075279

Did you try looking for Zombie process in task manager? A Zombie process is multiple instances of a program being open or stuck open. I reboot can resolve these too, but checking task manager for these and if they are present can cause considerable problems. Also some programs like Chrome have multiple precess by default, so not ALL programs any have one, but I know Firefox is suppose to.
