When I download Firefox it adds malware to my system(Windows8). The latest one is jsn.donecore.net.
Firefox supports my email server- i power- better than Internet Explorer does, but the last two times I downloaded Firefox I picked up malware that frequently pops up trying to sell something. The latest is jsn.donecore.net

hello alstahl, this sounds like a problem caused by adware on your pc. please go to firefox > addons > extensions & remove better-surf. also go to the windows control panel / programs and remove all toolbars or potentially unwanted software from there and run a full scan of your system with the security software that you have in place and different other tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.

That did not come from Firefox. Always download Firefox from Mozilla or use the Firefox Help > About Firefox > Check for Updates function within Firefox.
From the following removal instructions, it appears the malware may have been installed as a "ride-along" with the "Better Surf" extension that you have installed.
- Uninstall "Better Surf" from your Add-ons > Extensions.
- Then perform steps 1, 3, 5 and 6 in the following article.
- If those do not take care of the problem, then perform step 2 in the following article (see Firefox Reset - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems ) for complete information on that function.
