Hello,

It sounds like you're looking to do a reset. The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Thank you.

Ya'll said that twice, I'm not stupid I can handle it the first time!

Anyway, I'll give it a try in a second then report back. Thank you dears, I appreciate the help!!! <3

Wow that was fast, and it worked!! Thanks guys you're genius's!!

Hey do you know how I might be able to get my pretty fonts back? I have a screenshot to show what it currently looks like. But, it's working, so if not I'm happy!!

you apparently had the open sans everywhere addon installed beforehand - you can download it again from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/open-sans/

Okay I'll try that Philipp. Thank you!

I just realized it probably wasn't a great idea to show that pic with my Scrabble cheatsheet showing, but oh well...lol

Here is a picture of Open Sans font, it's a tad heavy but I can read this a lot better than the default.

Thank you all very much for the help! I really do appreciate it!! <3
