Hi Philipp, Thank you for your help but it did not work. I pressed the alt-key (hold) and clicked on the tools menu but nothing happened. Then I did it again, without holding the alt-key, but no adblock plus. So I installed adblock plus. Then I did the exception. Then I got into hulu and tested it but I still have the problem about not being able to see the ad. There must be something else that is causing the error.  ?????

Hi Philipp, I don't know how but my problem is solved. I Went into my "windows firewall" and did an exception. Then I tried it again but it didn't work. I gave up and I ran this program called "Tweaking.com windows repair" and shut my machine down. Later I started it up and went into hulu and it worked.
