Chosen solution

The X-Ray Goggles button works by adding a script to the page. This script is available only on an insecure (HTTP) connection.

In Firefox 22 and earlier, Firefox did not give you the opportunity to approve or block insecure content in a secure (HTTPS) page, it simply changed the lock icon to a globe icon.

Since that doesn't protect you very well, starting in Firefox 23, the shield appears and you have to decide whether to allow the script. Obviously not convenient.

Hopefully Hackasaurus will update to a secure server soon.
