How do I get the icon for the Stylish add-on to show
on my desktop the toolbar hosts the icon but I can't seem to find it. is there a way to activate this function?

It doesnt have a icon on mobile, but you can look at the addon manager for a new tab saying "user styles" and that may be the basis of the addon.
