Why is firefox no longer tracking my history?
I have not changed any settings in Firefox and have checked that they are still set to remember my history. Suddenly (in the last few days) my history is blank. The drop down box from the History tab still shows the last 15 sites but all of my history has been erased and it isn't tracking anywhere I now visit. I need my history for my work and this is a major issue for me. I do not run any third party software except MacKeeper (which I have always run & haven't made changes to) and I haven't downloaded any other new software. Please Help me to fix this problem.

Did you start the private browser option? Check your settings just in case.
I have checked my privacy settings and I have selected that I do not want to be tracked and under History, I use custom settings with the options checked for remember my browsing & download history, remember search & form history & accept cookies etc. All of these setting have not been changed but this problem has just started from end of last week.
Problems with bookmarks and history not working properly can be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.
