You are using the Beta version of Firefox, which Roboform may not fully support. You can switch to the release version of Firefox, which Roboform should support. Download it at www.getfirefox.com
I'm using the RELEASE version of FF22 and RoboForm is not present except it's still listed as an installed add-on in the "add-ons / Extensions" list. Worked yesterday, not today. After reading other posts, this seems to be a joke to Mozilla. If I get a lame response like reinstall Roboform or that I'm running a beta version of FF22 then I'm done, I'll just use Chrome and IE.
Did you check out the Roboform website or try to contact them for support?
RobotForm did upgrade today to version 7.9.0 from 7.8.95. See below.
* Firefox: Fix not working with Firefox ver 22. * Firefox: fix RF AutoFill window in Firefox blinks on some sites. * Chrome, AutoFill: fix AutoFill may appears even if there are no visible fields. * Chrome: fix RF in Chrome cannot fetch SearchCards from www.searchcardplace.com. * Fix small form filler issues related to various sites. * RoboForm Lite: fix server-based components. * FillForms dialog: fix "Show Matching Passcard with the best URL match on top" not working. * Win32: fix RF may crash Qt-based Scrivener. * Sync: reduce connect/disconnect operations during Sync and MRU synchronization. * Sync: Fix virtual keyboard does not close after switching to another window. * Win32: Do not allow RF to show browser-like toolbar for Lexis Nexis Bridger Insight XG. * Security changes for RF x64: Add DEP and ASLR to RoboForm. * Editor, Dual Password: fix password can still be seen on dual password setup. * Security: remove file smpenc.rfo, it is not longer used and cryptographically weak. * PrintList: Re-add Print List to Logins / Identities / Safenotes menu on RF toolbar.
Here's one for you. I did the RF upgrade to 7.9.0 AND the upgrade to FF 22.0. It works. Go figure.
I had this problem, and as suggested, I updated Roboform to 7.9. NOW BACK TO NORMAL.
