In History menu there is Clear recent History option. How old is this option, how i can remove it or set it, is there hotkey for that.
This option just appear in my browser, not sure if I have pressed some keys or it is new feature?

The Clear recent History option is an inbuilt feature of Firefox. Its help to Users to clear their recent browsing and downloading History.
The Hot Key for Clear Recent History is CTRL+SHIFT+Delete.
You can see Your History while using the CTRL+H hot key

whether the name was changed to "Clear Recent History" in last few days or?
No. It wasn't changed the last update. It was already as Clear Recent History itself, since long back.
