Follow this:

Click on: FIREFOX icon > HELP > ABOUT FIREFOX

Then you will see your Firefox version and if needs to update. If so you will be asked if you want to download the lastest version.

You can find the latest Firefox 20.0.x release in all languages and for all Operating Systems here:

That will avoid to download multiple full version updates (Firefox 12 and 20).

Thanks for the that input,It helped and I now know what version I have.If you don't mind,I just want to let all who sees this now how great this was for me.I'm new to the computer and find myself lost 70% of the time.Now I can get a lot of the answers I've been wanting for quite some time.Thanks again.Thanks renataac
