fixed background does'nt behave as before

Since Firefox > 17 the fixed background does'nt work as expected. Please scroll down the page http://bukowina.info with FF 17 and with FF > 17. (Safari works as expected)

Looks like a reflow issue (bug).
The background image is corrected if I hover a (yellow highlighted) link.
