Is there any way to make the mousewheel scroll left-right without using the middle button in any way? Or rather, I specifically WANT «To Make CONTROL + SHIFT + MouseWheel Scroll Webpages Horizontally», not just any old way to move the page left & right.

It's gotten good reviews. There may be other methods. I'll see if I can find them then update this post.
