hello magoo123, these crashes are triggered by malware on your pc.

please do a full scan of your system with the security software already in place and different other tools like the free version of malwarebytes.

Ran the malware remover, Found afew things to be removed. Removed then then restarted and reinstalled. Still won't open and giving the crash reporter.

the incriminating file on your pc is called "omkykzma.dll", it's a randomly generated - so it might also change its filename in future. if it wasn't caught by the scan you run, please also try different other security tools (some of them are named in the troubleshooting article above).

in case some tool can detect and get rid of this file, it would be very interesting to get the scan logs as to analyse how this threat was classified (name, location, etc.)...

Try running a fully updated Malwarebytes (if you haven't already). I would also love to have a copy of that .dll, if you can email it to me (it may get caught by email virus scanners, so using something like dropbox would be find)

Done a fully updated Malwarebytes....Recommend any other good programs? Also i'm a noob so if you could tell me how i can email you the .dll i'd be more than happy.

Tyler's details are here including the email and Private Messaging. I am sure Tyler will give you prompt and good advice on this problem.

My guess would be that whatever this is is difficult to recognise so it may e-mail as an attachment, but if not then Dropbox is here
