How to set history up for only the administrator of a home computer?

I would like to set my history tab to not allow anyone but me to delete information. I am the administrator of this home computer and wish to keep an eye on what my children and grandkids are doing on this computer for their own safety. How do I go about doing this?

Locking down history is not possible (and if it was there are plenty of ways to circumvent it). Use parental controls to keep an eye on websites visited, Block and unblock websites with parental controls on Firefox

Not the answer I was hoping for, but I'll deal with it. Thanks.
