So I'm assuming you are using Internet Explorer to download Firefox?

Try the following:

  1. Go to www.getfirefox.com, click the download Now button. Internet Explorer should ask you what you want to do, click Run. Firefox should install.
  2. If that fails, try using http://ninite.com/firefox/ninite.exe to download and install Firefox. Click that link, then click run. It will handle the rest.

Download and save the Firefox installer to the desktop and start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon.

You can find the latest Firefox release in all languages and for all Operating Systems here:

The first suggestion was circular! (back to Mozilla, which wouldn't download. The second solution (ninite ...) worked! Thank you.

Thanks for trying -- nothing wants to download from Mozilla.
