If it was installed as a Firefox extension you can try to Remove it in Firefox Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Extensions.

Using extensions

Uninstalling add-ons

Disabling/removing add-ons

Customizing Firefox

On the other hand, if it was installed as a Windows application or Internet Explorer application, you may have to uninstall it via the Windows OS Control Panel, or via the browsers concerned. The Windows support would be helpful.

hello howsue, have a look if it's listed in firefox > addons > extensions & remove it from there.
