google search dont work when "dom_storage" and third party cookies are disabled.i think is a google change because,i didnt update anything.and the problem is the same in linux or windows. i think this topic poses the same problem: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2626793

but if i change the user agent to "explorer 9" (or iphone or ipad) and dom storage and cookies are still disabled it works fine

Try updating those plugins and apps, and consider upgrading to the latest version of Firefox that suits your PC(or mobile device)... Each and every new update from Firefox will fix certain bugs and extend supports to new plugins and apps, so keeping your Firefox browser up to date will solve most problems..

If the problem continues turn on Firefox studies and Firefox will add your problems to their data base and try to patch it with their next update..

thanks for your reply, but i already tried upgrading firefox ,upgrading plugins and add.ons.in safe mode ,even in firefox aurora and nightly.in windows and linux, and the problem is always the same,if dom storage and cookies are disabled and you do a search you get just a blank .in my opinion it was a google change,i always used google with cookies and dom storage disabled without any problem

Probably the next google update will address this issue...
