I just updated to firefox 16.0 and lost my IE favorites. NOT BOOKMARKS! FAVORITES! And I want it back!

What more detail could u need??? Everytime I update, something goes wrong and Im sick of it! I want my IE favorites back now. Period! Im about to give up on firefox. Seriously!

I send Firefox a email, but they have not reply yet, I also lost all my bookmark ,as well as my history, after uploading Firefox 16, It is not normal that there is no live support Ill give them a couples day to reply,if they don.t then I will go on the net and will tell everyone worldwide not to use Firefox anymore yes I will tell everyone that there is no support to stay away from this platform. and so upset at them Ill make sure everyone know it.Ill run them down,
