You have the Shockwave Flash 11.3 r300 beta version installed.

There have been problem reported with that version, so try to uninstall the Shockwave Flash 11.3 r300 plugin and install the regular Flash 11.2 plugin.

You can find the latest Flash player for Firefox on this page.

For Firefox on 64 bit Windows, you need the 32 bit Flash version version because Firefox is a 32 bit application.

No, you don't. The 64-bit version includes the 32-bit version.
