we recently put in a firefox update server that is working. i am able to install the updates hosted on our internal server as long as i am an admin or have write permission to program file\mozilla firefox. if you dont have permission and you run firefox -console you see that there is an error when it runs the test to that directory folder. im looking for a work around as we cant grand our users permissions to this folder.

we have beyond trust installed on our systems this allows automatic admin elevation for the updated.exe when it runs. so the issue is the download part.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
