I can't seem to use the 'Check seats' link on Delta when I use Firefox but Safari works fine. I get the message 'not available at this time' when using Firefox but when I go to Safari it works fine.

That issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
