I am finding that my Private Browsing history on the Desktop is appearing in my Android history! How can I stop, and also delete history alone on droid?

Hi Steve!

That's highly unlikely because Private Browsing doesn't create any history.

Make sure that your Private Browsing - Use Firefox without saving history configuration is properly done.

Also, if you don't want to sync any type of History you can do it by unchecking the box in the Sync Tab within the Firefox options, preferences and settings .

Hi Ibai I think I have it now - I have a few pcs all sync-ing with FF, so a laptop is passing 'old' non-Private Browsing history into the sync 'pool' which Android is picking up. Not quite sure why ALL pcs are not getting it, but a wipe & download seems to have sorted. I was getting misled as I still use some of the sites in Private mode on my main PC Ta for the help
