I need to deploy FireFox 10.0.2 in my environment. One important requirement is to have the Pop-up blocker exceptions pre-set i.e. during Install. I know that those settings are stored in the permissions.sqlite file. Is there a way to configure that file with my settings it gets installed with my settings.

If you need to initialize specific files in a new profile then create a template folder in the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\profile\) and place the files in that folder.
