I am running a website called mediahawk, I cannot play audio files I just get a black box where the media player controls are

I log onto the site when I try to play an audio file I see a black rectangel where the media played controls should be and the file will not play. I have tried updating the plugin. It works fine in IE.

Anyone have any ideas

-> Update Firefox to the latest version 10.0.1

-> ALL your Firefox Plugins (Adobe Flash, Java, Silverlight) are extremely out-dated

  • Update All your Firefox Plugins -> https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
  • When Downloading Plugins Update setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)

Check and tell if its working.
