So let's say I forgot them and I need to see them, where does Firefox store them? I checked cookies.sqlite file and tried to find by proxy's ip/name keywords but nothing was retrieved as a result.

So is there a way I can look up the proxy's login and password?

Passwords are encrypted and stored in the signons.sqlite database file. You can only see those passwords in real text in the Firefox password manager.
