Are the visual themes created by other users for firefox safe?

I recently discovered the firefox visual themes and do not now what to think of them.I would like to use them but do not know if they are safe or not.

Unless clearly marked otherwise, add-ons available from the gallery at http://addons.mozilla.org have been checked and approved by Mozilla's team of editors and are safe to install.
