Does "do not track" block Nielsen NetRatings?

I am interested in using "do not track" facility, but have Nielsen NetRatings recording my internet usage for statistical purposes. Will they be blocked from doing so if I download "do not track"?

Probably for the websites that honor the "Do not track" feature, which is voluntary for each website out there.
