There is no Mozilla Firefox Start Page nor Awesome Bar, therefor I cannot do any of the suggestions for troubleshooting.

Having recently installed Firefox, I have not been able to use it. The Mozilla Firefox Start Page will not display. There is no Awesome Bar to navigate to or from anywhere. I can not set a home page due to no home page icon. All see I can is Getting Started, but I cannot perform any of the suggestions because there is no Start Page, no way to navigate anywhere, except here. It would be better you provided a phone number or help me via email, since this Firefox browser doesn't work now. Thanks.

There should be a Firefox tab on the top left hand side, having a small drop down arrow symbol. Click on that button and menu should open up. There you can choose whatever you desire that should get displayed (Menu bar, Tool bar, Navigation bar etc)

Once you have the menu bar in place, you can go to

Edit -> Preferences -> Choose the first tab 'general'.

There you can set the desired options including the option to set the desired 'Home Page'
