Hi,
Please try after deleting the cookies: Tools (Alt + T) > Clear Recent History, in Time range to clear choose Everything, click Details and enable (tick) Cookies and Clear Now. Alternatively you can also try to selectively clear cookies via Tools > Options > Privacy > Show Cookies..., type rbc in Search and Remove Cookie. Likewise remove cookies for royal.
