Chinese Characters When Requesting Video?
When I request youtube or attempt to go to a video embedded within a news story, I get an entire page of what appear to be chinese characters. I've updated Java, cleared the old Java, cleared my cache, etc. All to no avail. Alternatively, I get a message saying Problem Loading Page, "the connection was reset" and I cannot access any video. Must be a virus but I've purchased several big-name security packages and none has removed it. Help?

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
