uploading status for joomla components

Hello,

I am uploading some joomla components using default joomla application. when I upload any component, It just upload it fine. But it do not show any status about how much uploading is done.

I checked the same with google chrome browser. And it shows fine say 10%, 56%..... 89%.....upload successfull.

Please guide me to get this running in firefox as well.
