Firefox 9.0.1 will not sleep or Hibernate / Sleep on Windows XP

Ever since I upgraded to Firefox 9.0.1 my Desktop will not Hibernate or sleep. I know its Firefox that is preventing windows from entering hibernation as it will hibernate after 30 minutes if I do not have Firefox open.
