how to disable changing hompage in firefox

Hello, i am in a position to maintain some privacy and standard in our company, so i dont want the users to change hompage. I want to disable the feature. For this i tried about:config. Iam totally confused, kindly advise me to solve the problem.

The preference to put in mozilla.cfg is browser.startup.homepage
