Google is "broken" error 404. How do I fix it.

Google won't work. It has error code 404. I have reinstalled Firefox and it still wasn't functioning. How do I make it work?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
