jplayer is in friends program and firefox will not play mp3s in that file. Is there a fix

If you can play the file on this page:

Then the player is working okay for .ogg files.

If your friend has any programming skills (you say the player is "in friends program") s/he can look at:

to determine what might have gone wrong with code s/he built.
