How to move a picture from email (HTML) to iphoto

I was sent (by email) a photo and I want to move the photo to iphoto. I can only view the photo using HTML. How can I "grap" the photo and move it to iphoto?

In Firefox, right-click on the image and then Save Image As...

Remember where you saved it and then import it into iPhoto by opening it from iPhoto.
