will only print 1st page of webpage ie transactions on bank website

using mac laptop to access my bank website, when trying to print out list of transactions more than1 page long only first page prints. when i access the same pages in Safari it prints all pages, also if I access from pc using Firefox it prints all pages. Same printer in all 3 cases. printer set to print all pages everytime. Tried different printer: same problem. Must be something in printer settings in firefox for mac: when I tried from a Macmini had same problem.
