printing problem - prints one page in 3 pages and in the center

I having a problem printing bank ledgers from their websites. I press printer friendly and when I see preview, it shows the page reduced in the center and cut up most of the information.

I check on the page settings it says 0.5 top, right, left and bottom margins, that is not how is printing.

I did everything it suggested in the "help" "troubleshooting" but still doing the same thing.
