Can I allow third-party cookies for a particular website while still prohibiting it for others?

I recently unchecked "accept third party cookies" on the privacy tab. Subsequently, I couldn't use the bill-paying feature on my banking site because they contract with a third party for that function. Although you can set exceptions for regular cookies, I can't see a way to make exceptions for third party cookies, so my choice seems to be to allow third-party cookies from everyone just in order to be able to use the bill paying feature on my bank site, or to check the box each time I use the bill paying feature and then uncheck it when I'm done, which seems kind of clunky. Is there a way to allow third party cookies for a particular site, but not others, without going through that? Thanks!
