Profile Manager - I lost it! I think I accidentally marked not to show at startup and I need it to get to my other profile. Can I get it back?

I had/have 2 profiles; one for home and one for work. At startup I would select the desired profile. Somehow I no longer get the profile manager at startup. I am immediately placed in my 'work' profile without option to select home profile.

How can I get the profile manager to be displayed at startup again?

Yes, thank you, that worked!

I'm using Vista so it took another minute to find that 'run' is actually in the accessories group.
