Importing settings during installation

I need to install 7.01 in the Enterprise. We use specific proxy settings and required Root Certificates.

After installing on a machine with a properly configured IE 8 install I noticed all the required settings seemed to come over after allowing the GUI to import from IE. I'm not sure on the certificates though, I couldn't find them in the list in Options.

I need to do this during installation or after installation silently, taking the user out of the loop.

Is this possible?
