Firefox crashes

Two different computers, when updating to Firefox 7.0.1 both crash. These are both work PCs so firewall issue is a possibility, but I have had no prior problems with any prior versions of Firefox.

The crash ID below is for my windows XP machine, my other pc which crashes is my windows 7 machine.'

I cannot run in safe mode.

I have upgraded a prior Firefox and had it not work, so I completely uninstalled 7.0.1, installed the prior version of Firefox, verified it still worked, uninstalled the prior version, including personal settings, re-installed version 7.0.1 and still it crashes.

Firefox has been my favorite browser - please help.

Can't find that crash id in the system. Can you provide a few others?
