Every time I go to my online bank site I have to reenter the site address of the bill paying portion of the site, which is a pop-up window, in Tools/Options/Content/Block Pop-up Windows/Exceptions, because my previous entry has disappeared from the list of exceptions.

What are you clearing when Firefox closes?

Tools > Options -> Privacy --> History = Clear history when Firefox closes - hit the Exceptions button = what do you have set there?

Site preferences - is what you shouldn't be be clearing
