Firefox isn't showing Facebook content (Facebook loads, but no Profile or News Feed)

This problem just arose today. Facebook opens, but there's no content on either my Profile page or the News Feed. I can access this information through Microsoft Explorer, but prefer to use Firefox.

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

Thank you! I wasn't able to clear the cache using the Shift and Reload buttons (got continuous "Connecting" message without being able to reload), but I followed the directions on your mozilla support link under "Clear Cookies and Cache" and got the Facebook pages back. Unbelievably helpful - thanks again!
