When I log on to my email account, after typing a few letters, a list of log on names appears below the log in space... how do I stop that from happening?

When I log on to my email account, after typing a few letters, a list of log on names appears below the log in space... how do I stop that from happening?

  • Click the (empty) input field on the web page to open the drop down list
  • Highlight an entry in the drop down list
  • Press the Delete key (on Mac: Shift+Delete) to remove it.
  • Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: [] "Remember Passwords"
